Marian Johnson

Marian Rockwood Johnson , who is 94 years of age, moved into 1781 Harrison Avenue with her young family to care for her elderly mother in 1948. During her growing up years in nearby Gilmer Drive, she and friends went for walks in our neighborhood. In this interview Marian shares her memories of local people, developments, and institutions after taking up residence here. Marian and her late husband Ray Johnson are the parents of three children.
